I was browsing the Internet, trying to locate a speaker my cousin once told me about which he saw in Malaysia last year. The speaker he told my about was a ½ meter log which provided surround audio. However, while I was browsing I found that Philips would be offering a one speaker surround system also.
The Ambisound HTS8100 SoundBar provides a full 5.1 sound system with amplifiers and a DVD player, all that in a 5-inch thick bar. Boasting 6 speakers besides the central glass panel of the Ambisound, which Philips say is the future of sound technology. The Ambisound could be mounted elegantly on the wall to match Flat TVs and offer an outstanding sound output. Therefore, plenty speakers and wiring around the room isn’t necessary anymore. You can get it this June for $799. Grazie!
